7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order for eligible returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item under the conditions specified below.

Initiating a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send the item(s) back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the items for any signs of damage, defects, or discrepancies. If you find any issues, notify us immediately at [email protected] for assistance. We will promptly address any concerns, including arranging a return for a refund or sending a replacement.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend following the return process outlined above. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product(s). Due to the nature of our business, exchanges for specific products may not always be available.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

For customers located within the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order and return your items without providing a reason, as per EU consumer protection laws. To be eligible:

Als de retourzending wordt goedgekeurd, verwerken wij de terugbetaling aan u originele betaalmethode binnenin 10 werkdagen. Houd er rekening mee dat er mogelijk extra verwerkingstijd door uw bank of creditcardmaatschappij nodig is.

Indien meer dan 15 werkdagen zijn verstreken nadat wij uw terugbetaling hebben goedgekeurd en u het bedrag nog niet op uw rekening heeft ontvangen contact us at [email protected] voor verdere hulp.
